Use creamy peanut butter for smooth bars, or chunky for added texture.
Let them chill completely before slicing to get clean edges.
Cut with a hot knife for a neat finish — run it under hot water and dry before slicing.

½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups powdered sugar
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs (use gluten-free if needed)
1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
