Ingredients (12–14 bites):

  • 1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)

  • ½ cup almond flour

  • â…“ cup pumpkin purée

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon + nutmeg + ginger + cloves)

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, almond flour, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, nut butter, spices, and salt.
