Ingredients
For the Chicken:
- 5 boneless skinless chicken thighs 
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning 
- 1 tsp salt 
- 1 tsp paprika 
- 2 tsp crushed garlic 
- 1 tsp onion powder 
- 2 tbsp olive oil 
For the Lemon Butter Glaze:
- 1 stick butter (unsalted) 
- Juice of 1 lemon 
- 1 tsp black pepper 
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning 
- 1 tsp freshly chopped parsley 
- Optional: Grated parmesan for garnish 
Instructions
- Prep the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine chicken thighs with lemon pepper, salt, paprika, crushed garlic, onion powder, and olive oil. Mix until evenly coated. 
- Skewer & Air Fry: Thread chicken onto skewers. Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 12 minutes, or until fully cooked and lightly crisped. 
- Make the Lemon Butter Glaze: While chicken cooks, melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in lemon juice, black pepper, Cajun seasoning, and parsley. 
- Glaze & Serve: Brush the hot chicken skewers generously with lemon butter glaze. Sprinkle with grated parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.
